Project planning; benchmarking;
quality control
Formal planning is a key ingredient in producing results
for our clients. When a Loudmouth project manager is
assigned to the client, they rapidly become an extension
of its marketing team.
Through the stages of consulting and project plan development
(objectives, caller guidelines, timetable and reporting)
the understanding grows, Quality control at a one-to-one
level by the assigned supervisor is a permanent feature
of every project. Interviews are checked individually.
If inconsistencies are discovered, remedies are implemented
back through the QA production pipeline.
